BRUCE ANDERSON Joins ehs International, Inc. AS SENIOR STAFF INSTRUCTOR

FOOTHILL RANCH, CA (AUGUST 28, 2012) – ehs International, Inc. announced that Bruce Anderson will be joining the Foothill Ranch, CA-based company, August 27th, 2012, as senior staff instructor. ehs International, Inc. is a national environmental, health and safety consulting firm with learning centers in partnership with ABATIX in California, Arizona and Florida.
Anderson brings over twenty-five years of experience as a master trainer in OSHA compliance. He is a well-known expert in emergency preparedness, personal safety programs, OSHA compliance training, and sexual assault prevention.
“Bruce has a proven record in effective management communication traininng, with extensive expertise in numerous safety topics,” said Marjorie Del Toro Boone; President/ CEO of ehs International, Inc. “He also is highly experienced in conflict resolution, drug and alcohol prevention, defensive driving, violence in the workplace.”
Boone also said Anderson is an OSHA master trainer in trenching and excavation, fall protection, scaffolding erection and dismantling, respiratory , OSHA 10/30, and OSHA 510 general and construction, bringing value to ehs international clients in the construction industry.
Anderson also provides training for teachers, parents and children in school districts nationwide for personal protection and safe school development.
Anderson began his professional career in the Yuba County Sheriff’s department as a field training officer, followed by a stint in the Bureau of Narcotics Enforcement as an undercover narcotics investigator.He obtained numerous POST certificates during his career as a Deputy Sheriff.
Anderson wrote and produced a national award-winning crime prevention series for a CBS affiliate in Charlotte, North Carolina. “Bruce has received several awards throughout his prestigious career,” Boone said. “Some, includinga Golden Viddy for excellence in public affairs broadcasting for the ‘Smart and Safe, Crime Prevention’ series, ‘Safety Citizen of the year in 1997,’ and ‘Heart of a Leader,’ from the North Area Teen Center of Sacramento.”
Bruce’s style of training is comprehensive with a common sense approach, according to Boone, who added that Anderson provides real, practical solutions to specific needs. His classes are not the typical off-the-shelf training. His dynamic style engages students and executives to a level that is unforgettable.
Boone concluded that Anderson is also on the Board of Directors for the Interstate Association for stolen children and is an active participant in missing children investigations and perpetrator profiling nationwide.
