Bureau Veritas is offering a free safety seminar on March 17, from 8:30 am to 11 am, at the Hilton Long Beach & Executive Meeting Center, regarding “Creating a Sustainable Safety Culture – Are Your Current Efforts Sinking Your Effort?”
Strong safety cultures require the measures of the right parameters. Many organizations are wise to focus on assessing and improving their organizational culture and safety climate. When a proper HSE process is effectively integrated into everyday management systems, a healthier organization can look forward to fewer on-the-job injuries, less waste and costs, and improved overall efficiencies.
When you are ready to go beyond just safety compliance and minimal safety results, you will need to tap into the performance benefits of building and sustaining a solid safety culture. This Bureau Veritas Live seminar will introduce these concepts and help you to determine if your organization is ready to step forward and harness the power of your employees and create a sustainable safety culture.
Please join Bureau Veritas for a FREE breakfast seminar and a morning of professional development. Tom Coghill, CSP, a leader in the field of Safety Culture and Behavior Management Systems, will discuss how to succeed in today’s global business environment by designing measures that will directly impact your safety culture.
- Learn how the safety measures you choose effect your culture.
- Determine if your current safety measures are driving the negative behavior you are trying to stop.
- Identify the types of measures you should use to drive positive results and improve overall morale.
